Grace Academy School
I respond to the name Michelle Asiedu-Danso. I am twelve years of age and in junior High School 1st year of Grace Academy School, Spintex Road Baatsona Accra. Before taking part in the motivational and transformation sessions of Visionaires Foundation, I used to feel Africa is inferior and she had no future and that the black colour is a bad luck colour. For this reason I wanted to change my last name to Petrason which sounds more western or American, though I don’t know its meaning.
But after some few weeks session by the leader of Visionaires Mr. Scofray Nana Yaw Yeboah, I have realized my stupid deadly mistake, I am now so proud to be a Ghanaian from Africa and being dark. I also now walk with pride as a female and believing that behind every successful man there is a woman.
As at now I want my generation to make Africa a heaven to live in to change Africa and not condemn her
Grace Academy School
My name is Winfred Attoh. I was born and bred in an affluent home in the Accra District. I am fourteen years old and in the Junior High school at the second stage.
Hmmm, it was when I started taken part in the sessions of Visionaires Foundation before I notice what I was missing. Just from the name alone told me I was going to benefit from it. Leader Mr. Scofray Nana Yaw Yeboah educates and motives as on various aspects of our life.
Firstly, these sessions has changed the conducts and behaviour of me and my classmate. The way I look at issues have changed, now the weaker students have been encourage for them to learn more. My self-esteem has been well projected and I feel proud.
I have learned to strive to up-bring development to mother Africa. I have come to believe that soaring Africa high is possible and it will be eminent and great, just as my great ancestor did and have become heroes and heroines.
In a nutshell, this foundation teaches a lot words can not say. I know that I am somebody by being black.
Grace Academy School
My name is Joseph Adjetey Sowah and I a pupil of Grace Academy and in junior high school stage 2. I was born on the 13th March 1993. I never like to research for information but I liked to listen to music alone when I visit the internet café.
I have been different since I took part in the sessions organized by Visionaires Foundation. I was once blind and now I know the truth about my identity. I have come to believe in Africa though, Africa is lagging but we can make a difference.
I hope every youth and the generations to come to know the truth about whom we are and where we come from. I am now black and proud. Nothing can change my mind now.
